Legal Question in Immigration Law in Illinois
getting married in mexico
what can happen if I get married to my Mexican citizen girlfriend in Mexico. Would I be penalized in the US? Would it be hard for me to fix papers for her? She also has 2 daughters.

You may get married to her in Mexico but you'll likely need to apply for a K-3 spouse visa afterwards to have her enter the U.S. legally (with her two daughters, if they are minors).
