Hi.
I am marring my south african girlfriend before her visa expires.We plan to go to South Africa at the end of Jan 08.Would we have any trouble coming back? We have not yet started the green card proses,I heard about a parol she can apply for.How long will that take?

Advance paroles take approximately 3 months to receive after filing for an adjustment of status.
She would need one to travel after an adjustment of status is applied for and is processing.
