Legal Question in Immigration Law in Illinois
My mom filed a petition back in 2002 for her sisters and brothers to come to the US. She has lost all of their immigration files (cases). If she wants to check the status of their case, how can she do that now after losing all of their information?

If she used an attorney's office for the filings she can contact that office. If she did not, she can try to file a Freedom of Information Act Request.
