Legal Question in Immigration Law in Illinois
Hi my question is i am a 20 almost 21 year old male that lived all his life in the U.S. I was brought as a baby. about 13 years to be exact and about 4 years ago my parents made me come to Mexico against my own judgement.I never had a criminal record i pretty much almost finished high school and i was there since pre kinder can i talk to anyone or is there any way for me to go back to the US and finish high school or at least to get a visa or is there anything i can do to leave ??

If you were born in the United States, and can prove it, you can apply for your U.S. passport at the U.S. Consulate.
If you were born in Mexico & were in the U.S. illegally & are now living in Mexico, then you would have to apply for an F-1 student visa. You could also apply for a B-2 visitor visa.
