Legal Question in Immigration Law in Illinois
Hello Everyone, I have a question,i am US naturalized citizen, my elder brother his wife and three kids,came to US on B1B2 Visit visa, and wanted to stay here, is there any way i can file him and his family for green card ? and how long is that takes ? and through the process time can he apply for EAD ?

Unfortunately, he cannot remain in the United States since sibling petitions are taking about 12 years to become "current", depending on what country the beneficiary is from. However, you can file the I-130 petition now, but he will have to return home by/before his period of admission expires.
