First, try to stay calm, okay? If you have been denied work authorization and adjustment of status, determine the reason. Should be in your denial letter. Usually, the government will forward your case to the Immigration Court. On the other hand, if you believe the government wrongly or improperly denied you, you can either appeal the denial or reapply again. Or you can wait to appear beforer the immigration judge and request that he adjudicate your adjustment of status. I presume that your spouse's I-130 was approved. Need to know the reason for your denial! There are several ways to address this problem, so you may want to consult with a good immigration lawyer, or with me.
