In my situation; the best way how to get viza?

i have a girlfriend in lithuania , she is 22 years old, she is a student . i stay in chicago for 6 years, i'm a truck driver, and am planing to get work viza for my girlfriend with my boss help. i heard a lots of things how to get the viza,but i have no idea how to start and how much it will coast to me. so please help me if you can, thank you. By the way my boss he is american citizen, has a company for more than 6 years,payng taxes.maybe you know better ways how to get the viza?
