one last question.. if in any case consulate reject her B2 Visa, that will not affact on her H4 visa once i get married to her and want her to join me.

No, this should not affect her H-4 application.

Denial of a B-2 visa application should only affect the subsequent H-4 application to the extent there was fraud in the previous application. If there is no fraud, then it should not bear on the H-4 application.
