Legal Question in Immigration Law in Illinois
Hello there-
I am a software engineer..My I-140 is approved under EB3 employment category thru my current employer... my uncle is US citizen and he has motel... so my question is: can I have my uncle file my green card(showing as if they need software engineer for their business)?

Your uncle can't use the I-140 submitted by the other employer as he would need to satisfy all of the requirements of the Department of Labor (prevailing wage etc) himself.
