wanting to marry someone in mexico
my son is dating this girl that lives in mexico city and she has tryed to get a visa and cant. they want to get married here in the usa so how does he go about getting her here?

The proper prcoedure under these circumstances if to apply for a K-1 fiancee visa. She will be admitted to the US for a period of 90 days, during which they must marry. The final step is to file for "adjustment of status" to the green card.

Assuming that your son is a US citizen, his fiancee can apply for a K-1, fiancee, visa. Once she enters the US on the K-1, they need to get married within 90 days. It can take 6-10 months for the entire K-1 process to be completed, so they should start applying soon.
