Legal Question in Insurance Law in Illinois
Hi I have a 16 year old son that was involved in a hit and run accident. Well he got ticketed and has court on the 13th. Well the guy whose vehicle he hit tried to run insurance and it didn't go threw. Come to find out the insurance was cancelled two months ago. Now I'm wandering what is going to happen to me and my son?
