Legal Question in Insurance Law in Illinois
Auto Accident
I was involved in an auto accident 02/20/08. It was the other party's fault (improper lane usage). He hit the passenger side of my car. My daughter and I went to the emergency room. I was off work for 18 days for my injuries. How much compensation should I expect for me and my daughter?

Impossible to answer that question without more info. What kind of physical injuries did you suffer, and are you cured or left with permanent pain/disability? What kind of work did you do, and what were your lost wages? Who paid your medical bills?
Re: Auto Accident
Your compensation will depend upon the severity of injuries and the amount of your bills. The other driver may try to blame you for the accident, and lower any offer. Please let me know if I can help you.
