Legal Question in Insurance Law in Illinois
I was in an automobile accident where a woman hit my car. The police issued her 3 tickets and the court found her at fault. Her insurance company is saying that it was not her fault and are refusing to pay the $3400 for the damage to my car. When I talk to lawyers they say it is not enough for the time and effort to sue her or the insurance company. There is something seriously wrong that I have to pay $3400 for something that wasn't even my fault. What can I do about this?
