Is my employer required to give me advance notice if changing or cancelling my health insurance? If so, how much advance notice is required?

Hello. In my opinion your employer is required to give you advance notice if changing or cancelling your health insurance. This is a very serious matter. Will be happy to discuss this issue in more detail.
