Legal Question in Insurance Law in Illinois
I was hit by someone on the highway in July. I took him to small claims court. Today was the bench trial. The judgment was for me in my favor (plaintiff). He has AllState Insurance. They have sent me $1200+ bill for his deductible, but now that I have this against him, how can I get them to not just leave me alone about the $1200+ and go after him for that, but also to get them to fix my car as they should? Thanks.
