Legal Question in Insurance Law in Illinois
Hit and run driver with a kid's bicycle
My cousin's boy was hit by a car while bicycling. She was a ''Hit and run'' driver. But her insurance decided she wasn't at fault so won't pay the child's serious bills.

Re: Hit and run driver with a kid's bicycle
This is the type of case that warrants a complete review of the accident facts, an investigation, and a review of all the potential insurance policies involved. Your relatives really need to hire an attorney to have the best chance to collect here.
