Legal Question in Insurance Law in Illinois
I was hit by a semi-truck over a month ago. The company is giving me the run around about establishing liability and until then will not pay for the damages. But they are still paying for my rental car??? Then the company they sent out to view the damage broke the only key to the vehicle. Now they are saying I have to start a claim with that company?? Can I sue the trucking company for undue stress because of all this I am going through?
