Legal Question in Insurance Law in Illinois
Home Insurance won't pay
We had water damage from a leaking pipe (encased in concrete) under our house. Roto Rooter says it's pipe water. Insurance states it's groundwater since it ''touched the ground''. They are unwilling to pay. Do we have a legitimate case?

It is possible that you have a case. I would need to see all the relevant documents, photos, policy, letters, work records, etc.
