Insurance Company Denies Claim As uninsured Driver
Why would insurance company deny claim for uninsured motors while my wife is primary driver on policy. Just learned they signed my name on exclusion letter without my permission can the insurance company do this.

Yes they can - you can fight back, by filing a declaratory judgment action
