Legal Question in Insurance Law in Illinois
Insurance repair job
Did an insurance job and the price was agreed upon before starting. Did the work and now the homeowner won't pay. All the money was coming from the insurance company. THey are disputing the final bill. What can we do and who should we contact?

Hello. In my opinion you should file a lien against the real estate and then file a lawsuit against the homeowner. I would not wait. From the facts I understand you are owed the money now. The law is on your side. Will be happy to discuss this with you further and in more detail.
