invalid insurance and dui 1.35

police stopped me my insurance was expired their was liquior on my breathe, because i didnt brush my teeth as thorough as i usually do prior to the stopp i had just woke up and my last drink was 10 hours ago. the police was a lady im a mail and she had me take a soberiety test, then a breathalizer not one not 2 not 3 but 4 times. my car was towed i have no priors what will be the out come when go to court
