We were both offered this when we were hired but it was not needed then but when we went to take the extra policy they refused us is this discrimination, or are we entitled to the menetary diff, it is not equal pay when one person is refused a benifit or am i just out of luck.

I will need more facts from you. You can give me a call at 312-456-0900. For instance, do other employees receive dental insurance? Is the company denying both of you dental coverage? Do you have anything in writing from the company indicating the denial? If so, what is there basis? Please call or email me back with more details. Thanks
