Legal Question in Insurance Law in Illinois
i was pulled over a gave a ticket for no insurance i did have insurance but no card. My insurance company sent me the card proving had insurance at the time can i just take that to the courthouse and then don't have to appear in court.

Generally these are must appear tickets but when you go in you just show your insurance card to the States' Attorney and the no insurance ticket will be dismissed. You will still have to answer for any other tickets you were given.
