Legal Question in Insurance Law in Illinois
My sister in Illinois was in the process of a divorce. Her husband died and his national guard life insurance has my sister as primary beneficiary. My sister's in laws are wanting to take this matter to court because they were secondary beneficiaries. Can the in laws get this money?
