i am currently being sued for an auto accident that happened early january 2006.. it is now late october 2007. the other driver at the sceene told me there was no injury, as soon as the police arrived suddenly her back and neck hurt. (of course nothing serious) she sued my insurance company for a very large sum. and is now sueing me for even larger. although she was driving without headlights and going too fast for condiditons. im not even 20 and would be paying this the rest of my life what should i do?? also there is false documentation for the reasoning in which i am being sued.

Re: being sued...
You need to talk to your insurance company's lawyer. They are probably asking for the policy limits. If she gets a judgment against you the insurance company may be liable to you for the difference.
You should get an attorney to protect your rights
