Legal Question in Insurance Law in Illinois

turned down treatment by insurance company

My brother-in-law is fighting his fourth bout of cancer. This one is inoperable brain cancer on the brain stem. He only has a five week window to start treatment or he will be beyond the save point. Even with treatment he only has a 50/50 chance of making it. Hi insurance BC/BS of Illinois has denied him his only chance of life. IS there anyway to fight this in court fast? the procedure that he needs is $212,000 of that our family has came up with $85,000 we would have to raise the other$135,000 by the end of treatment about 12 weeks. Looking for any help.

Hello. You should immediately contact your State Senator, State Representative, U.S Representative and U.S. Senator. Any help they can provide will be must fastor than a court. I suggests that you go public with this immediately as well. Contact the Chicago Tribune and Chicago Sun Times right away.
