uninsured motorist claim
Hello, if an uninsured motorist gets involved in an accident with an insured motorist and no fault is determined between the two, can the uninsured motorist file a damage claim agains the other party's auto insurance also?

The negligent party is always responsible for the damage caused in the accident - without regard to insurance coverage.
