Wrogfull Death

My grandmother was hit by the car while crossing street, she was pronouced death on the way to hospital. Are my parents are entitled to any insurance money from the other person automobile insurance company.

I am sorry for your loss. It is not absolutely clear from your post what the facts of the accident were. However, there is no doubt that your parents should consult with an attorney without delay concerning their rights. Many times, an insurance company for the driver in a situation like this will try to persuade people not to speak with an attorney or hire an attorney so that the insurance company can pay off the people as cheaply as possible. Please encourage your parents to consult with an attorney, I am sure that they will be glad that they did.
