Legal Question in Intellectual Property in Illinois
I have 3 books published by PublishAmerica. A compilation of all 3 books would make 250 pages of 13 short stories. If I add 2 new short stories, would I be able to self-publish the entire compilation without violating the copyrights of PublishAmerica?
