Legal Question in Intellectual Property in Illinois

Alright so a close friend of mine has children and grandchildren and has been divorced for twenty plus years. She and her kids have posted pictures of the children and themselves to Facebook. Her ex-husband has gone on their Facebook and they are not friends on Facebook but.the has been posting the pictures of the grandchildren and children without their.permission. Is this legal?

This is none of your business. If your friend doesn't care you shouldn't. Having said that just because they're divorced doesn't mean the ex-husband isn't entitled to a relationship with his children and grandchildren and if he or they "friended" him then he has permission. Stay out of your friend's personal life or you could find yourself in a difficult situation.
