Legal Question in Intellectual Property in Illinois
Another artist is quoting my words on her website: she did this several years ago and removed it when I called it to her attention.
Now she's doing it again: same words - but ignoring me completely.
Do I embarrass her in front of our online Art Community or how do I get her to remove my work, as it now looks as if I'm quoting her, by using the words in my own publications?

You should hire a copyright attorney to write her a letter telling her she is infringing your copyright and must stop or be stopped. I see no problem with embarrassing her over this. That is cheaper and probably just as effective. If that does not do the trick then get a lawyer's help.
