If you want to get sued for willful trademark infringement and pay treble damages and get an injunction making you stop and pay the colleges your entire profits. Otherwise, NO, not unless you obtain a license from each one and that probably won't come cheap. The Eyes of Texas are Upon You, All The Live Long Day. Do not think you can escape them. College logos are generally the trademark properties of the colleges that they represent for which the colleges own exclusive rights and may not be used for commercial purposes by third parties, such as yourself, such as for beer pong tables, without the authorization of the colleges whose logos you intend to use. Cartoon characters may also be the subject of trademarks if used to identify the source of particular goods or services and are the copyrighted property of their creators or assignees and may not be used by third-parties such as yourself, without their consent. You may be able to create original logo designs and characters and obtain trademark and/or copyright protection for them for your beer pong tables. Before you adopt and use these designs and/or characters on your beer pong tables I would recommend that you have an attorney conduct a search to determine if those designs and characters are available for use.
