What fees do attys charged for copyright registration?

What fees attys charged for setting up a publishing company for an individual song writer?

Thanks for contacting me. For a copyright registration I charge $50 per application plus $30 for the Copyright Office fee for a total $80 per application.

To set up your publishing company, I charge $150, plus $175 for the IL Sec'y of State filing fee for a total of $325. My $150 fee includes the drafting and filing of your articles of incorporation, drafting your corporation's bylaws, obtaining your Tax ID Number, and getting your S-Corp designation if you choose it.
