Legal Question in Intellectual Property in Illinois
Filing back an answer
We are in forclosure. I filed that I contested what I owed. I went to court and the law firm said I have no basis for the complaint. The amount was proven correct by the lenders law firm, and I must file a response by Jan 3, 2009 at the Cook County Court downtown Chicago. What I need is a legal response to write that says they are right and I am in default! Can you suggest a response or a couple?
