In house Legal Department

I am creating a new legal department within a small company from the basics up. Do you know of any legal data management for small companies? I want to manage IP, contracts, outside counsel costs, time tracking.

Chaos software has good time management software.

Excel is a also a powerful tool for this sort of thing.

I also recommend contacting Lexis to see what they have to offer, all of their products are great.
