Legal Question in Intellectual Property in Illinois

Hello,
I'm a photograher.A local photographer use my work as his work.The person i did the work for did not agree to my terms so i backed out of the project. she continued to use my photo for her promotion use and had the local photograher to sign off on it as his work. All the photos have been copywritten. What should i do?
