Legal Question in Intellectual Property in Illinois
I plan to make small presentations for my website for children. For that I will need to download some pictures of animals, butterfly, earth etc. Is it legal to use the pictures with no water-sign or copyright sing for my website.

It may not be legal to use them at all without paying the creator. I would suggest obtaining the images legitimately through website such as istock or shutterstock.
