Legal Question in Intellectual Property in Illinois

I thought a girl I met online was lying about who she was. I posted some pictures that she had sent me of herself on a public forum asking if anyone knew her (G rated). The post has since been taken down, but she says she'll take me to court if the images of her are not removed from the image hosting server. Can she do that?
