Legal Question in Intellectual Property in Illinois

Hi, About violations of United States federal and state laws prohibiting trademark infringement and counterfeiting .Could you please kindly give me some legal advice? I'm just a very small ebay seller in Hong Kong and honestly try my best to avoid to sell any illegal items. I have done my business for many years honestly, mainly sell some handmade items about music note, sign image items. However, I suddenly become a one of defendants. I really don't know why such matter have been happened to me. I have NOT sell any items stated as "the brand" or like' I am not enthusiastic person for luxury item ,also not familiar luxury brand . The e_mail: also said that "If no appearance or pleading is filed, the Court may render a judgment against the defendants. " I feel that I am innocent and helpless. Best Regards, lily
