My agent based in Nairobi signed a contract of sale of goods worth US $ 10,000 payable on delivery at London Branch of Barclays Bank, however on delivery of the goods the buyer refused to pay at the agreed on Bank Branch and insisted on paying at the Nairobi Branch. Please advise my agent on what course of action to take.

Re: Business Law
If you get paid, what's the big deal? If the buyer is not paying, then do not deliver the goods. If you want to enforce the contract, figure out where the buyer is (what country) and sue there.
