Custody of a child from a previous relationship
I am married and have custody of my child from a previous relationship. I obtained custody of my child while married to my current wife. The mother of this child is an illegal and came here illegally. She is now here, and I want to know also if she can be deported and can she use the fact that I am married against me in a court of law?

Yes she can be deported. Being married should not be evidence against you.
