receivership

A company I invested in as a ''angle investor'' went into receivership. What is that, and do I stand a chance of getting my money back?

Re: receivership

Receivership is a process under which a firm's creditors, or the government, take over the management of the firm, either to liquidate its assets, preserve them for future use, or to rehabilitate the company. Whether you will recover any of you investment depends on the facts of your case, not just that the compnay is in receivership. Call me if you wish to discuss the facts. Larry Stein, (630) 221-1755.
