Legal Question in Juvenile Dependency in Illinois
if 2 people get in a fight over somebody, and one of the 2 people fighting gets hurt, would the person they were fighting over have to go to court ?

The person being "fought over" would be required to go to court if subpoenaed properly for the proper kind of judicial proceeding, but whether the person was willing to testify or would be "hostile" is an entirely different issue.
