Is it legal for an adolescent, under the age of 18, to be denied access to their guardian's home if their guardian is not present?

If I can assume that the minor child does not live with the guardian in his/her home AND the guardian is not physically present on the date of the intended in person visitation, then yes the law is observed by a denial of access to the guardian's place of abode. I recommend that a time mutually agreeable to the minor child and the guardian be arranged in advance for the minor child's visit.
