acrued vacation

The company my husband works for has been sold. Do the old owners have to pay him for his acrued vacation?

Hello. In my opinion, the new owners do have

to honor your husband's accrued vacation. Why

should the labor rules change when the company

is sold?! I am sure he worked hard to earn that

time and he should be able to keep it. If you
