acrued vacation
The company my husband works for has been sold. Do the old owners have to pay him for his acrued vacation?

Re: acrued vacation
Hello. In my opinion, the new owners do have
to honor your husband's accrued vacation. Why
should the labor rules change when the company
is sold?! I am sure he worked hard to earn that
time and he should be able to keep it. If you
have any additonal questions, feel free to ask
me.
