Attacked at the work place

I was pushed from behind then choked by an assistant chef at my work place, and tomorrow I will be talking to management about this. I know they will try and make me just let this go. What rights do I have, and what can I do?

You can file a police report, you can file civil charges for battery, you can consider filing charges against the business if they created the unsafe workplace.
