Back pay owed by employer

My employer told us on 12/13/08 that the company could not make payroll for disbursement on the 15th. I still have not received those wages and am now on unemployment. I am absolutely certain that they continue to pay certain vendors but not the employees. How can I collect what is owed me?

Hello. I suggests that you contact the Department of Labor. That would be a good start. You can also contact your congressman for information on what you should do.
