can your boss pay you in cash for 3 weeks and then the 4th week take the taxes for the previous 3 weeks out of the 4th weeks check, then hand you a stack of paystubs?

It shouldn't happen that way if you are on a weekly payroll, no. But what is your goal if you are otherwise being paid the correct amount(s) and the right amount of payroll taxes are being deducted?
