Legal Question in Employment Law in Illinois

What can I do, if anything, if my boss tells me i'm ungrateful and not qualified to do my job , that I have been in for 7 months now. I am a receptionist for a non- profit org. I have had no other complaints other than hers. Is there anything I can do. Also this person is a felon and is employed under false pretense.

This is a matter for HR rather than an attorney. Your boss is not really violating any laws, and you have not suffered any adverse employment consequence.
